My son absolutely loved this book. He said that it had a ton of enticing little stories that lead to one big story. He highly recommends it.
First some background I am a HUGE 39 Clues fan and I am a 45 year old male! I was introduced to them by my wife when she brought the first one with us on a trip. Wow - adventure books that relate to and teach history - awesome.

I have eagerly awaited each of the books and I have read them all. So it is with some dismay that while this book is good; it is my least favorite of the books written so far. For me I think the main issue is that the feel of the books was lost a little bit in this one. The story line is fine but for some reason it did not have the same feel to me. Hopefully this willl be corrected in the next book.
If you thought the action ended with the 39 clues, book 11; think again. This new series Cahills vs VESPERS, goes into the back story and gives an intimate look into the rivalry. A can't miss!
